These guys are so knowledgeable, fair, and respectful that you can't differentiate between owner and employee. On a side note, Dustin, thank you for your genuine sincerity...there is a fine line between being a professional, personable, and a "typical salesman"...you clearly excel at the first 2. Respect is earned, and you've gotten that with me! Carl, you made the financials painless, and dare I say, enjoyable. Nice job, that's a skill only decades of experience can accomplish. Clearly, you have a passion for what you do and love your role in the company! John (their internet specialist) was very engaging and welcoming, as walked into their facility. As the meet n greet concluded, he performed a seamless handoff to Dustin, my Sales Rep. It's very evident that they all respect each other's roles and enjoy each other's abilities and the company's culture. Just a fun experience, given that I had gotten into a very serious car crash only days earlier...it was a pleasant surprise. For a moment, I felt a mental escape, which lessened the pain of the recent 60 mph crash. I couldn't have asked for a better and more comforting experience. More
