I did not look to write a comment, but have been asked… so here’s my opinion. We’ve leased two Encores and have taken four of my own vehicles into the dealership, along with another for a family member. so here’s my opinion. We’ve leased two Encores and have taken four of my own vehicles into the dealership, along with another for a family member. When looking for my latest purchase, I had jokingly asked to “round” the purchase price by $91 dollars to make it an even amount and was told - no wiggle room. We ended up buying the car anyway and only after did we notice the scratch on the door and that it pulled to the right. I had asked for these issues to be resolved- within the three day warranty. I went back and forth regarding the scratch and told that is what it is, we’re not going to do anything more. I caved and said “whatever”, just fix the alignment. I was told that it was ready, picked it up, drove off the lot with it being better, but not fixed. I then asked for them to correct it, test drove with a technician and was then told that “he’s an award winning tech, and he says it’s fine. At that point - strike three xxx -Price -Problems -Being told it is what it is. I simply asked to cancel the sale and my drove off the lot with my trade in vehicle. *I’m still waiting on my check to be returned. I felt like friendship with everyone there, which I knew quite a few by name, has been damaged, probably move on after “years” of dealing with this company. Again, you have asked “how was my experience” - not a very good one. More
