Acadia Service - problem not fixed after 4!weeks Took my Acadia to get a screeching sound addressed. After 3 different parts, 4 weeks and over $2000 later, they didn’t even fix the problem I took it Took my Acadia to get a screeching sound addressed. After 3 different parts, 4 weeks and over $2000 later, they didn’t even fix the problem I took it in for. Was also charged for the most expensive part, not the one that was replaced. Not even sure what they “fixed” was even broken. Very frustrating. More

Should have known they didn’t have the part in stock for my I brought my vehicle in for a well-known problem. When I talked to the service coordinator they knew exactly what the problem was.
