Dishonesty Went to Al Serra to look at cars - met with Brock Hogan (salesman) and he showed me different vehicles and shared features of each one. He told me they have "aggressively priced" vehicles. I asked how much one particular car was he says you can find it on-line. I contacted him because it was no where to be found - he told me he would get pricing - he didnt and as we went back to look at the car he was selling it to a couple - interesting he could not give us a price on the car. Happy for the couple who bought it - but what a dishonest salesman - DO NOT TRUST BROCK HOGAN! Took my business elsewhere and got the car we wanted and saved over $1500. More

Treat You Like Family April 2016 I came In to trade in my vehicle which I was extremely upside down on, and Brock (sales), Aaron (sales manager) and Jay (finance) listened April 2016 I came In to trade in my vehicle which I was extremely upside down on, and Brock (sales), Aaron (sales manager) and Jay (finance) listened to me, understood where I was coming from, and looked to get me in a vehicle that would change my current situation. After tireless hours they found some options and used every imaginable rebate to assist in getting me in the vehicles. These guys are by far the hardest working, customer focused, honest sales men I have ever met! They found a deal which lowered my payment, deleted my equity and put me in a vehicle that had everything I needed!
