I did not know whether I wanted to purchase or lease and he did a great job of pointing out the options, advantages, and disadvantages of both. When the sale was completed he took the time to point out all the features inside and outside of the car. He even synced my phone for me. Past experiences have not always been positive as a woman visiting various dealerships. Joey made it fun while remaining very professional. When we arrived at the dealership, it did not seem high pressure at all! I even had to ask to see Carey which surprised me. Most of the time I am the one being hunted on a dealership's lot. Two of the three cars I wanted to see had not even been through their detail shop yet and one was still under inspection. We test drove two and decided on a used 2013 Chevy Sonic that had not been through detail yet. Carey made sure it was touched up and cleaned up very well! Best Car Purchasing Experience First of all, I was very skeptical of all the POSITIVE reviews we saw on this dealership especially on Vico Antillon. How great can a car salesperson First of all, I was very skeptical of all the POSITIVE reviews we saw on this dealership especially on Vico Antillon. How great can a car salesperson be right? And can he REALLY have that many positive reviews?? Well, he FAR exceeded our expectations. Very friendly, down to earth, not pushy, straight forward ... you just can't help but to love this guy. Secondly, it's our first time purchasing a used car so we came in with lots of "what if" questions. We saw, test drove, negotiated (trade-in included), signed financial papers and agreements, and we were off with our new 2013 Honda Accord EXL V6 fully loaded + in less than 2 hours! Whole process was very smooth and everyone involved were super nice. Didn't feel like we were at a dealership. In fact, made me realize how crappy other dealerships were!
