Best Car Purchasing Experience First of all, I was very skeptical of all the POSITIVE reviews we saw on this dealership especially on Vico Antillon. How great can a car salesperson First of all, I was very skeptical of all the POSITIVE reviews we saw on this dealership especially on Vico Antillon. How great can a car salesperson be right? And can he REALLY have that many positive reviews?? Well, he FAR exceeded our expectations. Very friendly, down to earth, not pushy, straight forward ... you just can't help but to love this guy. Secondly, it's our first time purchasing a used car so we came in with lots of "what if" questions. We saw, test drove, negotiated (trade-in included), signed financial papers and agreements, and we were off with our new 2013 Honda Accord EXL V6 fully loaded + in less than 2 hours! Whole process was very smooth and everyone involved were super nice. Didn't feel like we were at a dealership. In fact, made me realize how crappy other dealerships were! Anyways, I HIGHLY recommend Vic and the Longmont dealership to anyone who is hesitant to try them out. More

Poor service hours and customer service I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge which I love driving. However, when I went to order a bumper guard no one could help me. Luckily Ty in parts fou I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge which I love driving. However, when I went to order a bumper guard no one could help me. Luckily Ty in parts found what I was looking for and ordered it. When I went to have it "installed" no one could do it. Really? Then I ordered a new passenger mirror because of a cracked mirror due to the snow recently. Again because of their antiquated hours in the service department I have to pick up the part from Longmont and have someone install it elsewhere. I was appalled at their suggestion to do so and turn away a paying customer. How do you only have hours until 5:00pm when most people are done working and then offer NO option on Saturday for the part to be installed because the one tech guy is not available? If I had known service would be this way I would have purchased my car elsewhere. I am very disappointed with Longmont Ford. More

Let's backup, the sales associate was awesome, the sales manager is the most rude, offensive, man I have ever had to deal with. I was looking at buying a 2015 Ford F150, the sales manager came over and took over the sale. He was so rude and insulting that we actually got up and left. The sale associate called us shortly after apologizing for the managers offensive and rude demeanor. As a customer looking at spending 50,000 on a car, I was speechless at the lack of customer service and the attitude of this manager. Good luck if you choose to deal with this dealership, which as I stated earlier has some great people working their, just not the manager. More
