I was incredibly busy and needed to make a purchase before the end of the year with little to no time to shop. Other dealerships insisted on qualifying me before they would let me test drive. I really appreciated Vico's laid back approach, all his efforts to find the perfect vehicle at an amazing price point, that he was able to wrap up the entire process in only a couple hours and in only two visits. Longmont Ford and Gary were amazing! We had looked at cars in our area, but were blown away with the prices we saw at Longmont Ford! We knew what we wanted, but found a car that was above and beyond what we had seen in our area on Auto Trader that was at Longmont Ford. It was easily $3-4,000 cheaper than anything we could get at home and it had way more features. Then we got to work with Gary and he was amazing! We had seen the car weeks before we could actually get down to purchase it, because it is a 5 1/2 hour drive. But, Gary kept an eye on it and the morning we drove down, he was able to pull the keys for the car and get it cleaned up before we arrived (he had given us his cell number, so we could call him anytime). Sorry if we woke you that morning Gary! Gary was super friendly and very polite! He made the car buying experience very pleasant. The drive was well worth it and we love our new car! Gary was GREAT!! I found a car that I loved on their website and called and spoke with Gary. I was going to have a hard time getting approved, due to bad credit and Gary got me into the car that I DESPERATELY wanted!!! He went above and beyond to meet my needs. I never felt pressured into doing anything I didn't want. He gave me time, space and freedom to make my own decisions, which is very important when it comes to purchase a car. Ray was able to get someone to pick me up in Boulder (a 25 minute drive) so that I could pick up the car, since I couldn't find anyone to drop me off at the dealership. He has also been great when it comes to post-sales. I mentioned an issue with the car that I was concerned about, and he contacted me at least 5 times to follow up to make sure I was taken care of.
