A Positive Car Buying Experience We were looking for a specific type of Ford Flex. We live in Colorado Springs and we had been searching southern Colorado but weren't having any luck. They had a few different Flexes that would work for us. We contacted them via email and set up a meeting with Joey. He was very helpful and kept in contact with us until we could drive up on the weekend. Once there, he met us and set up several test drives until we decided on the one we wanted to buy. He was very accommodating and not pushy at all. While we were filling out paper work, Joey set up our 3 younger children with popcorn, drinks, pizza and even got them stuff to color and draw with! In addition to Joey's awesome Customer Service, Longmont Ford was very easy to work with on the whole. The price they advertise is the price. This can be a good and a bad thing. But if you understand that there isn't going to be a lot of negotiating on the price, then you know exactly what you are in for. This is nice in the sense that you don't have to worry about haggling with the Sales Folks but bad if you are expecting to knock off significant dollars off of the price. All in All, we were very satisfied with our experience at Longmont Ford due in large part to Joey Trujillo. The price was lower than anywhere else in Colorado for the Model we were looking for. The purchasing process was easy and not painful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I especially like how when we got there we looked through the entire lot without getting hassled by sales. When we were ready to test drive a couple cars we met Gary and he was the nicest guy, very friendly and knowledgeable. He was more than happy to take us out for a test drive and allowed us private time when we returned to discuss what we thought about the different cars! He did not pressure us to purchase which was nice! We ended up walking away with a beautiful white Yukon and we can't be more happy! More

I got there to test drive the car and Ray had the car washed & ready to go! It was exactly what we were looking for and the whole experience was SO SIMPLE. Ray is low-key and no pressure.
