Now as an adult i do know to read the fine print, and i didn't as thoroughly as i now realize. My weakness here was trust, the salesman was amazing, i was given a great deal on my trade and on my new purchase and i let that trust continue through the finance office where it shouldn't have. I do not like dishonesty and i believed Longmont Ford was an honest establishment, unfortunately just like anything else in the world a few extra $$dollars$$ was more important than a satisfied repeat customer. So the reason i write this is so nobody else has the same problem as I did. Read everything twice and trust only yourself! More

Subsequently identified a missing part, a clunking noise, and check engine light condition. They replaced the missing part and sensors required at no additional cost to me and washed my truck as well.
