Worked out in the end I had initially gone to this dealer looking for an Escape they had listed, to find out it had been sold. The Sales Rep didn't seem to want to show me anything else in that price range and I ended up walking out of the door. The next day, I looked at other vehicles in my price range and reluctantly went back that evening. The trade in for my car and the price on the new one was reasonable. It worked out, as Joey was more than happy to assist in finding the vehicle I purchased. Ultimately, a good experience as I didn't walk out a second time empty handed. More

He was able to provide information about cars I was looking into and made an appointment for me to come in the next day. When I got there, Ray had the cars ready, CarFax reports, and answers to my many questions. He was a great sales rep to work with since he was patience, informative, and did not want to pressure me. He was respectful of my concerns and worked with many other employees to get things taken care of quickly. They were very busy for a Saturday, but Ray and the other Ford guys made sure my needs were met. More
MUST go see Ray Farrell Ray Farrell was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed passionate about my wants and needs in a car. He is a NO pressure kind of guy which we Ray Farrell was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed passionate about my wants and needs in a car. He is a NO pressure kind of guy which we all know is refreshing when going to a dealership. Even if he has multiple customers, he makes you feel as though you are the only one he is working for. Using Ray to help you find your perfect car is a NO BRAINER! You will not be disappointed, as a matter of fact, you will feel more at ease knowing that he is on your team. HUGE thanks Ray! Ed Trejo did not pressure us to test drive anything, buy anything, look at a more expensive car or pressure us in any way. He was completely laid back, honest, friendly and helpful. HIGHLY recommend this dealership. (They have more than just Ford, we bought a used Santa Fe.) More

Strenuous efforts were made to bring the right vehicle up from Denver the same day we indicated we were a definite buyer so we were spared the trouble of coming back (form Estes Park) a few days later to pick up the vehicle. We got a decent deal (including disposition of our old vehicle) and have been most pleased with the performance of our new Escape. Follow-up has been excellent. More
WORST DEALER EVER!!!! After sitting in an office for 3 hours, yes 3 hours, they would not tell me how much they would give me for my trade in, or how much the total price o After sitting in an office for 3 hours, yes 3 hours, they would not tell me how much they would give me for my trade in, or how much the total price of the vehicle was going to be. Not to mention that you have to tack on an extra $600 for what they call delivery to their store. Really??? After 3 hours, I finally got to see the "bank" man and he refused to give me any answers but he sure knew that he was no where close to the number that I gave the salesman. He then brought in the big xxx and he told me my 2010 Camaro was a piece of crap because it had a Carfax note for a replaced fender, but the Jeep we were buying also had a Carfax note for a much more severe repair. Mind you the blue book for the car was 16,000 and even he wouldn't tell me what the trade in allowance was. I told him he was an xxx and that they had the worst process EVER!!! Save yourself 3 hours and go next door to the Prestige dealership where they know how to treat people! And oh, by the way, they tell you that the owner, Mr. Peoples, is a great guy and does right by his customers, too bad Mr. Peoples doesn't teach his salespeople to act that way,. More

It took multiple attempts to reach him to set up a leather install for our truck. When the appoint was finally scheduled via phone, we showed up for scheduled time and nothing on your end was scheduled. As a result of there being no scheduled appointment for leather install, a car rental was not ready. Then we called Sean to get the entry code to key pad and to this day have not received a phone call. Also, while the leather was being installed the air leak in the front windshield was suppose to be looked at and addressed. He claimed that service looked at it, but that was lie. Service DID NOT look at it. Now, we have been trying to get ahold of Chris Rusk to help with addressing the wind noise. We called three times before finally getting an appointment scheduled. And when I showed up for that appointment, Chris had left. So another service manager did try to take care of us that same day. He took a ride in the truck and said he would give Christ the information about the wind noise. Again, no call back to this date. It seems to me like they don't care about the customer once the vehicle leaves the lot! More
