Did not live up to their Mission Statement "... you'll know our commitment to Customer Service is second to none. We strive to make your experience with Longmont Ford a good one..." They star "... you'll know our commitment to Customer Service is second to none. We strive to make your experience with Longmont Ford a good one..." They started out friendly. I was happy enough with my dealer (Annie). The problems occurred when closing came the finance man was condescending and short. He was dismissive of any questions I had. He told me "If you don't want our mail sent to you (upcoming deals, sales, etc.) than you can just not get the car." This was said when I asked to be excluded from their mailing list. It went from bad to worse. I live out of town so I took the car into a local dealership for a "warranty" issue. They informed me upon a casual look at the car it had been in a prior wreck. There were several parts that were not factory parts. (The car is only 1 year old) This did not show up on CarFacts. Because this other dealership could spot the shoddy body work in 5 minutes, it didn't give me any comfort about Longmont Ford's 'thorough" car evaluation. When I called about my concerns the Managers were all but yelling at me. My overall experience has lead me to inform all my friends and family to avoid this dealership at all costs. Although I don't enjoy writing negative remarks, I needed to warn others so they could avoid this horrible experience. More
Great Experience overall. My husband and I stopped in on a Friday Evening. Vico was quick to come and help us. I told Vico what I was looking for and he was quick to help us find it, even though the car I wanted wasn't even on the lot to be shown yet. He was very helpful with all of the questions that we had. I would definitely recommend him to someone else. More

Service, poor scheduling I was not pleased with the service I got at Longmont Ford. I had a 10 AM appointment for an oil change. I told them I was going to wait since there I was not pleased with the service I got at Longmont Ford. I had a 10 AM appointment for an oil change. I told them I was going to wait since there was no shuttle at that time. My car was not finished until 1 PM! About an hour later the shuttle was available but I thought my car would be ready soon. I was advised that I needed a ton of expensive work. My opinion is that the work is not necessary. They do have a nice waiting room, restrooms and children's play area. I gave them 4 stars for friendliness since the people there are nice. The price of the oil change was what I would expect but they totally messed up with poor scheduling. More

Of all those lifetime purchasing events, the one at Longmont Ford stands out as the best because of the friendliness, professionalism and efficiency of everyone contacted. It' certainly would be worth anyone's time to drive to Longmont and experience a model car buying event. More

Because I have to do the short version that does not explain step by step as it seems to be forbidden in a review, this is the short version I received no reply to my first inquiry,I made a second inquiry and received no answer for 3 hours or so. I made a third inquiry, and finally got an answer - I wish I didn't get one. Jeremy was short, his attitude felt like he was doing me a favor, he could not answer a few simple questions that many other dealers could, and his reading comprehension might be lacking, as he missed quite a few things that I wrote very clearly. To top it off, he presumed a lot, and simply put, cost your dealership one sale now, and he ensured that any future Ford purchase I might have (this was the 4th Ford I can think of in our family) will NOT go to Longmont or Freeway. Imagine the answer I got - internet department DOES NOT give quotes online?? More

Great car, great price and great people! After searching another Northern Colorado dealer for a 2012 Honda Pilot, we found one listed online at Longmont Ford. Within 5 minutes of filling out the form to inquire about the Pilot, Ray was on the phone giving us information. I went to Longmont shortly after with my dad to take an initial look at the car, and then returned the next day with my wife to get her approval and purchase the car! Unlike the other dealership we dealt with, everyone at Longmont Ford (especially Ray Farrell) was extremely friendly and treated us like friends. There was no heavy sales pitch, no attempt to upsell us into a new car and no fear mongering. This was definitely the best car purchasing experience I have ever had and I wholeheartedly recommend Longmont Ford to anyone looking for their next vehicle! More
