My husband and I have been looking for a Ford Taurus for quite some time. Earlier in the year we had visited the Longmont Ford lot where we met Jessica. She assisted us that day. They didn't have the exact car that I was looking for but we did take a Taurus for a test drive and that solidified my choice. Jessica later contacted us when she found what I was looking for but we were unable to come up to see it. (We farm near Yuma CO) This fall we started looking again and I looked on Longmont Ford's web site and there was my Taurus! I contacted Jessica and made an appointment. Unfortunately, her child was ill (points for mom being able to be with sick child) and she was not there the day we could come up, so our new sales person was BJ. BJ did a great job taking care of us. He was knowledgeable and helpful and put up with our last minute changes and requests. Everyone we met and delt with was very nice. So, we're thrilled with our car and will recommend that our friends and family check out Longmont Ford for their next vehicle. More

My husband and I had boughten many new vehicles at this dealership in the past and got excellent service, but my husband passed away a couple years ago and now I am struggling financially. I took my 2008 dealership in the past and got excellent service, but my husband passed away a couple years ago and now I am struggling financially. I took my 2008 Ford truck in to have work done and I was told I would'nt know if my warranty covered the work until they checked out the truck. I advised Zack at that time I didn't have the money to fix it unless it was covered under warranty. He said he would call me and let me know if it was covered before they did the work. I called Zack when I didn't here from him a couple days and asked if it was covered because I needed a rental vehicle. He said it was and he would call enterprise for me, which he did. I had the rental for a week when he called and said my truck was ready. When I got there he told me the repairs were $500.00 and were not covered under warranty. I reminded him he told me it was covered and that's why I got the rental car. I said, "so the rental car isn't covered either." He said, " no it wasn't covered,". I reminded him that I had said I didn't have any money and he was going to call me. He got upset and briskley walked away from me and came back with a bill for $120. Dollars. He said pay this and next time I come in I need to have someone else wait on me because he wouldn't. I paid the $120 dollars and had to pay $300 for the car rental. I went back in a couple weeks later because I had another problem with my truck and was told there was 60 trucks ahead of me. I made an appointment for the next week with Stephen. When I took the truck in on my appointment day. I was told by Stephen that he didn't know when they could get to it they still had 40 trucks ahead of me. I said I needed the truck so I would have to wait to have it repaired. I know I haven't bought anything new in the last few years, but have done business at this dealership for 30 years. My husband and i have never driven anthing but Fords. I worked in the law enforcement field until i retired and they made me feel like i was not worthy of thier time. I ended up having it repaired by the ford dealership in Loveland and got excellent service. More
Gary made sure that I had all the information I asked for and did not crowd me or even try to sell me something I was not interested in. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me my options and when m and did not crowd me or even try to sell me something I was not interested in. I will recommend that everyone try Longmont Ford because our experience was rated very GOOD! We are very happy with our choice we made with purchaing the Ford Fusion and appreciate that we didn't have a pushy saleman. Thank you very much for the GREAT service you provided. More

I drove in from Wyoming to meet with Renaldo after reviewing a car I found online. After chatting over the internet and talking over the phone we made an appointment for 2:00 on a Saturday. When I was pulling in he was bringing up the car I was interested in. That's service! That showed he cared! We came to an agreement and he got everything ready to go as he said he would. I would recommend Renaldo to anyone. He will be strait with you and offer the best he can and more importantly he will do what he says he will do. More

I bought a 2011 F-150 Eco boost 2 years ago. I love it. My wife wanted a new car and I am a Ford guy. Loved to find an Escape that meet her needs. We live in Colorado Springs and spotted a black Ford F 150 on the dealership's website that we knew we wanted to purchase. After speaking with Joey Trujillo on the phone, we agreed that we would come down 150 on the dealership's website that we knew we wanted to purchase. After speaking with Joey Trujillo on the phone, we agreed that we would come down to see the vehicle the next morning. I asked Mr Trujillo to please call me if the vehicle was sold or unavailable so that ewe could avoid the 2 hour trip if needed. I am an RN at a busy ER and took the day off to assist my boyfriend with this purchase. Mr Trujillo asked me give him a call in the morning to be sure that the truck was put on a hold till we got there. I called mr Trujillo at 8am, but got his voicemail and informed him we would be there around 11am. He returned my call around 930am and informed me that the truck was sold, but that there was a red one still available. We told him that red was not an acceptable color, but he urged us to come in and that they would "work with us" because of the inconvenience. When we arrived, Mr Trujillo was not available, had someone take us for a test drive. The truck was clean and in good working condition, but NOT the truck we set out to buy. Not only was it the wrong color, but approximately $1000 more expensive than the one we wanted. We sat down with Mr Trujillo to discuss available options, but after "speaking with his manager" he came back and told us that they would not offer any incentive or price reduction to assist us with the inconvenience they caused. We were ready and able purchasers with excellent credit who were excited to bring home a new truck from Longmont Ford, but their lack of customer service cost them these customers and anyone else within earshot. I have a family member in the industry that will be sure to inform others to beware of Longmont Ford. Highly disappointed. More
