We test drove several vehicles from other manufacturers that were comparable in price and gas mileage and the Ford Escape was by far the nicest one of all. More
Came to Longmont Ford to look at getting a used vehicle. Weather was in the single digits so there were not many people shopping but Eric was willing to help right away. After being very social while we were getting the information, we went out for the test drive and was taken back. I had a short time frame to purchase the vehicle as I had to get out by 2:45. I was sped through the process and was treated with a great team. Chaz from the finance department worked with me and explained all the in's and out's that I needed to know while Eric helped me set up how to get the vehicle after I purchased it. After the vehicle was purchased I had several questions and Longmont Ford bent over backwards to explain everything and make sure I was satisfied with my sale. I would recommend this dealership and Eric/Chaz to anyone who is looking to upgrade or purchase a great vehicle. Excellent experience. More
We drove from the Denver area to Longmont to purchase a used Town and Country at Longmont Ford due to the online price being $500+ cheaper than anything we were able to find closer to home. We appreciated the way in which Longmont Ford does business, no negotiating. It was really a breath of fresh air after having spent days "negotiating" at other dealerships. This format of business is the main reason I would recommend this dealership to others. We quickly found the van we wanted to purchase and got the process started. The car was new to the dealership so had not been detailed. After waiting 3 hours for the service and detailing jobs to be completed we were a bit disappointed in the interior detail job. While the outside of the car looked beautiful and the vacuum job was well done there were several areas throughout the car that we later found garbage and unclean surfaces which we had to clean ourselves (orange juice on the ceiling and mirrors of the car, etc.). The van has been wonderful for our growing family and was the right purchase for us. We would certainly consider visiting Longmont Ford in the future. More
Came to Longmont Ford after our car was totaled just after moving to Colorado from Florida. It was the worst timing with having to find an apartment and job - and now a car as well. Eric was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. He and a finance employee even stayed late the day we finalized the purchase to make sure we got everything done correctly. There's no worse time to be buying a car than when you don't want to be buying one but Eric made it smooth and easy. I got a great deal within my limited budget and actually ended up having a great experience buying from Eric! More

He listed to what we wanted, was extremely patient when we changed our mind and looked at numerous options. Never any pressure to buy and I have to say my favorite part of the purchase was the lack of negotiating. The price quoted was a fair price for the car we bought. Renaldo is great to work with. I originally drove to Longmont to look at a Toyota Prius, which I realized I didn't like. I told Renaldo that I would stick with getting either a Ford Fiesta or a Toyota Longmont to look at a Toyota Prius, which I realized I didn't like. I told Renaldo that I would stick with getting either a Ford Fiesta or a Toyota Prius C. He showed me a 2012 Fiesta that I loved, so I bought it. Renaldo is very personable, which is a huge plus for me. He's easy to work with -- no high pressure sales pitches. I felt comfortable the entire time, which is why I ended up purchasing a vehicle from Longmont Ford. There are hundreds of Fiestas for sale. I could go anywhere, but I liked the dealership and Renaldo, which is why I chose your dealership. I am a happy customer. More
We bought our 2012 Ford Fusion (CPO) through Longmont Ford, and BJ Conklin. The whole experience was very nice. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We did not feel any pressure at all.
