I think the price for my used vehicle was the same as any dealership would offer. Follow up response was not as prompt as pre sale. There needs to be a line for finance. Longmont Ford was unlike any dealership we had dealt with in the past, in the best of ways. We dealt primarily with Vico; he was friendly and welcoming from the very first visit. He gave us a very informative test drive in a 2014 Ford Fusion, explaining the options and features as we went. He went beyond our expectations on our first visit by offering to give us some basic pricing comparisons, and walked us through leasing and financing options. After considering other options we decided on the Ford Fusion, and our trip to purchase the car was an equally good experience. We were unable to find the car we wanted with the right options and colors on their lot, Vico helped us find one at another Ford dealership and had it in at Longmont Ford within 3 hours. We were able to use X-plan pricing through Ford which made everything extremely simple, and a great price. Our biggest compliment of Longmont Ford was the lack of pressure to buy, and their genuine desire to help us get exactly what we wanted. More

I had been contacted by Renaldo after I had looked at several vehicles online and I called him back several days lat especially from Renaldo Leonard. Renaldo was extremely helpful, courteous and professional in working with me; he didn't push me into a sale of a new car or the used car I was interested but answered my questions in a very professional manner which I appreciated very much. I cannot speak highly enough of him and the experience I had in buying my used Focus and would recommend him. He even went out of his way to follow me to the Hertz rental where I needed to drop off my rental car so I could drive the used vehicle home after purchase Again..thanks Renaldo!!!
