I think the price for my used vehicle was the same as any dealership would offer. Follow up response was not as prompt as pre sale. There needs to be a line for finance. I had been contacted by Renaldo after I had looked at several vehicles online and I called him back several days lat especially from Renaldo Leonard. Renaldo was extremely helpful, courteous and professional in working with me; he didn't push me into a sale of a new car or the used car I was interested but answered my questions in a very professional manner which I appreciated very much. I cannot speak highly enough of him and the experience I had in buying my used Focus and would recommend him. He even went out of his way to follow me to the Hertz rental where I needed to drop off my rental car so I could drive the used vehicle home after purchase Again..thanks Renaldo!!!
