An overall decent experience. I wanted this vehicle no matter what, and I left with it in the end so that's all that matters. Joey was very nice but did seem inexperienced and nervous. He frequently left me sitting at his desk for extended periods of time without so much as letting me know what he was doing, where he was going, or when he'd be back. I had no idea what was going on and at one point I considered getting up to leave. Apparently he was dealing with the application & finance approvals, which would have been nice to know. The finance guy Josh was nice, but made me feel like I was very low on his list or priorities. It was clear his time was much more valuable than mine. Again, not a bad experience overall, but I won't be running back here next time I'm in the market for a car. More

The price of the car was below blue-book, and the car was in excellent condition, low miles, and runs great. Sean was great and worked really hard get us into something that fit our taste and budget, but we were there a good part of the day (good thing we decided to take our kids out of school for the day)a something that fit our taste and budget, but we were there a good part of the day (good thing we decided to take our kids out of school for the day)and the Durango wasn't detailed when we test drove it which was not a problem, when we decided that it was the car for us they were supposed to have it detailed, when I got in it to leave after everything was said and done all the trash was still in and it wasn't vacuumed or anything they never touched the inside other than to put the mats back where they went all they did was wash the outside. The Durango is in great shape for the year drives great but the tires are almost bald and I asked them about that and I was told that they checked the tread and they were fine, came to find out the tires are two years old. I'm not trying to nit-pick but after putting so much money down it's going to a little bit before we can put tires on it hopefully they will last long enough for us to be able to do that. Seriously is it too much trouble to clean out or put tires on a car before you sell it ? More

I arrived at Longmont Ford and was immediately greeted by a very friendly sales person Renaldo Leonard whom I had spoke to prior to making the trip with my daughter and friend to the dealership. My daughter chose the car we had called about and Mr. Leonard was very courteous and professional and helped us feel comfortable with the entire process even though we arrived around closing time. It was a very smooth process which isn't always the case when purchasing a vehicle. I felt that Mr. Leonard was very upfront and honest through the entire process. As a matter of fact we returned a couple days later and purchased a Infiniti G35 for my son and received great service from Ed trejo. I would definitely recommend Longmont Ford to family and friends.
