I was in the market for a used Subaru and found one at Longmont Ford. "Great," I said to myself, "a dealership, this is not going to be fun". I called the dealership not expecting an answer (floods were Longmont Ford. "Great," I said to myself, "a dealership, this is not going to be fun". I called the dealership not expecting an answer (floods were in full swing at the time and it was late afternoon) and Vico answered. He told me the dealership was closed but he would get back to me the next day. He did and everything went smoothly from that first conversation to me buying the vehicle about a week later. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, actual purchase of the car went smoothly and the dealership itself was relaxing to be in. Not something I would have ever expected to say before I went to Longmont Ford. I had a lot of questions and concerns about buying the used car and Vico addressed them all and exemplified the phrase "professional and courteous" and also fun to deal with. I would go back. Thanks Vico!!!!! More

This was our first experience with Longmont Ford and a Ford product. We were going to buy a Silverado again but decided to look and see what Ford had to offer. After being disappointed by another Ford dealership, we drove an additional 120 miles to go to Longmont Ford. Longmont gave us a MUCH better car with MANY more options, 10k less miles, and in much better drove an additional 120 miles to go to Longmont Ford. Longmont gave us a MUCH better car with MANY more options, 10k less miles, and in much better condition for about the same price. The salespeople were polar opposites as well. Vico was honest and upfront in every aspect (and unfortunately, I can't say that of the other dealership). Bottom Line... I'm REALLY glad the other dealer ended up being downright sleazy - otherwise, we never would have walked out and stumbled onto Longmont Ford and Vico! It was well worth the additional 120 mile drive! More

My son and I went to look at a recently listed pre-owned vehicle for his family. Our initial greeting was cordial, but after our test drive of the vehicle, we were quickly handed off to the "closer". He and the sales manager went through the process of collecting information and then proceeded through the whole "four square" xx with my son. I quietly observed the classic xx which wound up with an offer to my son for the vehicle and some financing at DOUBLE their published price of the vehicle! I stepped in and we declined the offer, which immediately brought out the sales manager trying to be the "nice guy".... This was the best classic example of the WORST practices in the automobile sales industry. If you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle, I would encourage you to drive past this dealer... This is WHY I have given the rating I have. More
