We stopped in to take a look at a truck we had seen for sale online. We were able to walk the lot and poke around the vehicle without interruption before going inside to request assistance. We began working with Ed, but due to a family emergency, the sale of our vehicle was facilitated by Steve. Both salesmen were professional and accommodating, as well as, friendly. My children and I had to wait a very large portion of the day for my husband to join us and the dealership here was friendly to this sort of situation. They were patient and informative, answering our questions without hesitation or fluff. The vehicle we purchased had an interesting history, having been purchased from this dealer by an employee and everyone we spoke with was familiar with the truck. We were told numerous times that they were familiar with this truck and that it was well cared for. They have offered to put us in contact with the original owner so he can explain the extra bells and whistles that have been added, to ensure we knew what everything was and how to operate it. I must stress that this was an extremely pleasant experience. These folks did not pressure or push or overly brag up this vehicle. (it spoke for itself, really). My family and I walked away with smiles. We did not feel an iota of remorse/worry, we were confident that we were treated fairly and that the truck we purchased will be in the family for a very long time to come. We would certainly recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future. More

What a great experience! We had purchased a new vehicle in mid summer at another dealership that was a nightmare. I also lined up my own financing to make the process easier. We arrived at Longmont Ford at 9:00am looked for the two cars I wanted to see on the lot then contacted Shanann to go for a test drive. I just want to add we sought out our sales person! We were not bombarded with salesmen as soon as we drove in the lot. It was amazing to be left alone until we were ready. After choosing a vehicle and price agreed upon we met with Josh in finance. He told us he could get us a better rate on our loan than what we had already obtained. We couldn't believe it! We signed the papers and we were driving off in our Ford Escape by 12:00. We are still in awe with the whole process. We have purchased 10 Fords over the course of the last 19 years and the process was always an all day affair and then some.
