Signed the papers and was on my way home less than 90 minutes after I arrived. I truly dislike the whole car buying process, but Vico, Greg, and others made this a very quick and pretty easy process. I currently lease a Ford Explorer through another dealership, but will definitely visit Longmont Ford when my lease is up and I am looking for a new vehicle. More

I recently purchased a 2012 F150 Raptor from Longmont Ford. This was the first vehicle I've purchased from Longmont Ford, but it won't be the last! I believe they did a fantastic job with not only the sale of my vehicle, but the service department really worked extra hard to make sure my order came out right. As part of my purchase I had several modifications to the vehicle built into the deal. The service department turned the whole thing around in under a day and they did top quality work at the same time. One of the big reasons I chose to purchase my new truck from Longmont Ford, was my previous experience with their service department. Sure, the sales guys were great, but once you've got the vehicle, you're in for the long haul with the service guys. My previous experience taking other vehicles to their service department showed me that these guys are great, very professional, and work hard to please their customers, and those were vehicles I didn't even buy there! I knew I could count on the great after the sale service and support, so it made the decision to do business there even easier. More

I IM'd Ed online and asked questions about the vehicle I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was waiting for me to drive. The price negotiation was right up front, and the manager showed me the numbers and we soon had a deal. Finance found me a better rate than the great one I had arranged, and I was on the road in just a couple hours. We stopped in to take a look at a truck we had seen for sale online. We were able to walk the lot and poke around the vehicle without interruption before going inside to request assistance. This was a welcome change from the months of experiencing high pressure sales at other dealerships. We began working with Ed, but due to a family emergency, the sale of our vehicle was facilitated by Steve. Both salesmen were professional and accommodating, as well as, friendly. My children and I had to wait a very large portion of the day for my husband to join us and the dealership here was friendly to this sort of situation. They were patient and informative, answering our questions without hesitation or fluff. The vehicle we purchased had an interesting history, having been purchased from this dealer by an employee and everyone we spoke with was familiar with the truck. We were told numerous times that they were familiar with this truck and that it was well cared for. They have offered to put us in contact with the original owner so he can explain the extra bells and whistles that have been added, to ensure we knew what everything was and how to operate it. I must stress that this was an extremely pleasant experience. These folks did not pressure or push or overly brag up this vehicle. (it spoke for itself, really). My family and I walked away with smiles. We did not feel an iota of remorse/worry, we were confident that we were treated fairly and that the truck we purchased will be in the family for a very long time to come. We would certainly recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future. More
