We bought a used Ford Truck from a Dodge dealer in Denver. They were to replace an instrument cluster as part of the sales transaction. Long story short the instrument custer was put in wrong which caused all kinds of problems. Steven went above and beyond, calling the other Dealer and trouble shooting until he found the problem. I'd been looking for a used Super Duty for over six months. I found a 2000 F250 with only 87,000 miles on the internet and contacted Longmont Ford. Longmont outfitted the truck with new tires, brakes, plus did other maintenance. The mechanic stayed late to work on it. Everyone was friendly and accomodating. I went to the dealer to buy a 2011 Explorer. That car did not have the tow package that was listed in the internet description, but Joey was able to find a 2012 new one that had what I wanted for a lower did not have the tow package that was listed in the internet description, but Joey was able to find a 2012 new one that had what I wanted for a lower price as it did not have all of the bells and whistles. Joey did a fine job of showing me the car and stayed friendly through the price negotiation. I was able to get the price I wanted, with the exception of a $599 dealer fee that was presented as non-negotiable. I was kind of dreading the final meeting with the F&I guy, which is where I have had bad experiences with other dealers in the past. I was delighted to find that Longmont Ford makes this experience fast and pleasant, with no pressure to buy an extended warranty, etc. More
