I purchased a used corvette. After all the paperwork was signed they "delivered" the car to me. At that point there was no key. Only 1 fob existed(that I knew). This was not just a sales ploy, I saw the other customer test drive MY vehicle after I did! If I would have had more time to review the financing and the cost of the other addons, Joey and this dealership would have scored Great on Overall Experience and Customer Service. More

We traveled from Denver to Longmont to buy a 2006 Suburban LTZ from Vico. He is one of the Internet Salespeople at Longmont Ford. He was very upfront throughout the entire deal. We really feel that everything that Vico knew about the vehicle he communicated to us. The finance manager worked quickly. He explained things clearly to us. He also was a good person to work with. All the employees we encountered there had a smile and a friendliness about them. We were made to feel comfortable. You can't say this about all dealerships, but, we would purchase a vehicle through this dealership and this salesman again. More

This is absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. No sleazy salesmen writing down numbers on little slips of paper, running off to the 'boss' and then coming back with a another little sli ever had. No, at Longmont Ford you feel like a valued customer instead of buzzard pickings. I was fed up with my car and had already figured I wanted a Ford because they are made in USA and Ford didn't ask for a handout when times were bad. I had several family members with Fords and they all love them. I was on my way to the store to get breakfast fixings one morning when the windshield wipers on my 08 Japanese model stopped. Last straw. Too many problems. So, in the rain, wet and hungry I showed up and said 'I want a Ford.' Vico asked me about what I had in mind, I said 'I need a great deal, I'm flexible.' He found a perfect match for me, and even fed me when I mentioned I was starving! I'm very happy with my experience at Longmont Ford, I love my new Escape, and I will always recommend this dealership. This is the first time I've ever been able to say that. This is the first time I've ever walked out of a car dealership and didn't have an uneasy feeling that I had been 'had' and needed a shower... Go to Longmont Ford. You will not be sorry. I haven’t been in for service yet, my Escape only has 350 miles on it, but I will not be afraid to take my Escape there. Took car in for SYNC reprogramming, oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Done by noon and delivered to me at work. Also washed it while they had it.
