So sifting through our less-than-prepared ideas about what we were looking for must have required some patience. Brent Robbins was amazing to work with. He listened - very well - to me and my wife describe different priorities and somehow helped us land on a vehicle that matched the things that mattered most to both of us. We couldn't be happier with the purchase and are thankful for Brent's help. We will definitely be giving him a call next time we need a vehicle. I'd also like to give a shout out to Dustin Sappington. If you're like me, the worst part of buying a vehicle is going through the financing process. I usually feel like I'm being taken for a ride when I sit in those offices, but not this time. Dustin was great to work with. I initially contacted the dealership via internet and he responded quickly but without the high-pressure nagging I had received from other dealers in the area. We set up a time to meet and he was there ready to hand over the keys so we could test drive what was to become our new F150. He was informative without being overbearing and helped us come to a quick decision. Honestly, he was the most laid-back car salesman I've ever met! After all my trepidation, it was such a relief to have a "salt of the earth" salesman. There was no back and forth, closed-door meetings haggling over the price and we felt like we got a great deal. The financials were taken care of quickly and as stress-free as possible and we were given many options to choose a car payment we could afford. All in all, a great experience. More
