This time was my 20k maintenance which Andre had alerted me would be coming up. Where did you find this guy? How do you get someone who is so considerate? From the friendly welcome to keeping me updated on the progress of the service and offering a shuttle ride if I needed one. There was a lot going on that morning - actually looked like they got slammed midweek. But Andre is always able to focus on you and your car and take the time to explain what's going on and answer any questions you may have. MM is very fortunate to have someone like Andre and his customers really appreciate him. More

Above and beyond customer service! I honestly could not have had a better experience with purchasing a car, for my first time too! Tyler and Matt were both very welcoming and accommodat I honestly could not have had a better experience with purchasing a car, for my first time too! Tyler and Matt were both very welcoming and accommodating - fitting me in for a test drive that day. Tyler was clearly knowledgeable and helpful during the test drive and throughout paperwork, answering all of my questions. The entire experience was not rushed and I felt I was listened to and cared for, considering I was going in alone to purchase a car their patience and attentiveness was a HUGE deal for me. The entire staff makes an excellent team and I was more than happy that I ended up making my purchase through them. If you're unsure of a dealership (as I was) I would absolutely recommend visiting Mike Maroone VW for an above and beyond customer service experience. BONUS: They had my dream car! Terrible Maintainance Service I bout a VW Jetta with Mike Maroone a few months ago. I was due for my first oil change. Additionally, I received notice that the car had 3 recalls. I I bout a VW Jetta with Mike Maroone a few months ago. I was due for my first oil change. Additionally, I received notice that the car had 3 recalls. I dropped the car off just before 10 AM and picked it up close to 1 PM. I was assured that the oil change and parts associated with the recall could be taken care of during this time. Instead, when I returned, I learned that it took them 3 hours simply to conduct the tire rotation and oil change. They informed me that I would need to bring the car back another time for the recall. Due to my work schedule, I would need to bring the car in on a Saturday. They informed me that even if I brought the car in first thing in the morning on a Saturday, I most likely wouldn't get the car back until Monday. The dealership is clearly understaffed and incompetent. I will do what I have to do in order to have the car serviced for the recalled parts. However, after that, I'll never use them for service again. I've never had any place take three hours to rotate tires and change oil! Ridiculous! More
