From start to finish he was extremely polite, professional, and caring. Mr. Cruz never made me feel pressured into buying the car, and did not force tactics on me to convince me other wise. The moment I saw Mr. Cruz, he offered if he could get me anything, water, a snack, and took me right out to see the car. Everything on the car was flawless, including the amazing price. Mr. Cruz printed out estimates for me, service records, and the car fax. He told me to think about the decision and call him whenever I needed, and gave me his cell phone number. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, Mr. Cruz went above and beyond my expectations to keep me updated on the status of the car, and also made sure I knew everything that was going on.
