When I purchased the vehicle it had the airbag light on which I brought up with Daryl and he agreed and wrote into the contract that they would fix it and he said they would reach out to me the following w which I brought up with Daryl and he agreed and wrote into the contract that they would fix it and he said they would reach out to me the following week to get it scheduled. They never called so about a month later I called to get it in. When I brought it in they tried to charge me upwards of $2000 to fix it plus a few other things that they found, ball joint replacement and small oil leak, which according to them must have happened after I purchased the vehicle because they did not see it when they did their initial inspection of the truck as well as trying to charge for the items that they wrote into the contract that they said they would fix for no charge. I had multiple back and forth with the techs and ultimately they agreed to fix the airbag problem as agreed. I then asked about the emissions for the truck which they are legal obligated to either provide a passing test or a voucher to get a test, to which they told me that because it has been more than 3 days since Purchased the vehicle that I was out of luck and they would not provide it. Fortunately an emmisions test does not cost a ton of money, but just shows how shady of a company they really are. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! More

Butter beware!! I went in knowing I was upside down on my loan and decided to purchase a newer vehicle with lower miles. They offered me half of what was owed on my loan, so I thought it was a good deal. Wel loan and decided to purchase a newer vehicle with lower miles.
