Mr Joe Segura showed up 15 mins early and did the reprogoming in about a half hour. Nice to have remote service available and to be on time and courteous. Good experience. Wow a novel idea for a dealership to implement. More

Mobile replacement of radio -- Joe Segura I had to have the radio replaced in my 2015 Ram 1500. While disappointing to have the radio replaced in a brand new truck, Joe did a great job. He w I had to have the radio replaced in my 2015 Ram 1500. While disappointing to have the radio replaced in a brand new truck, Joe did a great job. He was on time, professional, friendly and kept the truck clean during and after his work. This is a great service as all I had to do was unlock the truck and go back into work while he did the replacement. The service was made even better by Joe. My overall rating is based on the mobile service, not the service center. More

I came in to have my oil changed since my son and I were on a two week vacation all over the northern plains and west coast. We came to Greeley to visit my Mom and ended up buying a 2012 Dodge Ram, to take back to MI as a souvenir for my husband. We enjoyed all the help we got in deciding, there was NO pressure. I would recommend anyone in the Greeley area going in. My husband loves the truck and hopefully will be coming to CO in the spring to stop in and say thank you himself. Thanks again gentlemen for all the time you took with me and having it ready before I walked out the door. More

Bad to Great but one employee. Need a FOB reset, called 4 times to set up an appointment. Got told i would get a call from someone to set something up. Of coarse no one ever did, started looking at other business that wanted to help e then got a call from Joe Two days after and he took care of me quickly. was at my location within 10mins, and fixed my fob perfectly. Joe made it up, i don't give 5 stars because the people who set up appointments stink and frustrated me for not calling me back. But you could tell Joe just got my information and did his thing. More

Excellent Mobile Tech We had a Jeep that the key was broken off in the ignition and we had no spare key. We had know way of getting the vehicle to the dealer. So we called Eric at parts and he made a key for us. Then Jeff at service helped us out by telling us about Mobile Joe. We called Mobile Joe he was off duty, but he came anyway and helped us out.
