Came to this dealership on a Saturday and test drove a convertible, talked payments and decided it was too much of a car payment for us. Signed papers on the car Saturday night and took the car home but needed to bring it back on Monday for it to go thru the shop and be detailed. On Monday morning I had thought all weekend that the car I really wanted was the convertible so I waited to talk to Kevin and said I had some buyers remorse and thought I had bought the wrong car. Instead of saying what is it that you are unhappy with or how can we help to satisfy our customer he began with well you know you cant back out of a car deal and there is no such thing as a cooling off period. This being said made me a little angry because he was not even worried about any customer satisfaction only that he had sold a vehicle who cares after that. So I said really I thought there was a 3 day policy where you could bring back the vehicle. To which he said that is not true and there is no law about anything like that. I said well regardless what I was looking for was to maybe try to get into the convertible a 10,000 dollar more expensive vehicle. Than he said he could try to help me get in the vehicle that I wanted but to be clear there is no return policy. So he brought out different numbers on the convertible than we had looked at on Saturday night and was really just rude and acted put out that I might have had a change of mind. Well I took home the papers to think about it while they had the sedan for the day at the shop. While I was thinking about it I decided that his attitude was so far off of good customer service that I would not give that dealership another dime of my money much less another 10,000 dollars. I did look up the three day return law and he is right if its not in writing there is no such thing but I would have thought that he could have at least said what can we do to make you happy and he could have worked to give me an upgrade rather than just being rude and refusing to address that I was not a satisfied customer. So I am stuck with the sedan so you all got your sale but you missed out on selling me the vehicle of my dreams and making a little more money on a deal and having a return customer. This was my second vehicle thru this dealership and I trade vehicles often but will never return to this business again. I hope your not having to redo some paper work was worth the bad review that you got from me. I will not only post this review but will be sure to tell everyone I know not to do business at this dealership. Thanks for nothing More
We were hauling to rodeos and the service engine light came on, another dealer wasn't willing to squeeze us in but Elway Dodge said they'd help us out. Took the truck in, very nice, issues were all under came on, another dealer wasn't willing to squeeze us in but Elway Dodge said they'd help us out. Took the truck in, very nice, issues were all under warranty and repairs complete when they said they'd be, got back out on the road to the next rodeo. Excellent service and super nice crew. Brought my car in to have an oil change and my antenna replaced, I was told this would take 1 1/2 hours. The oil change was completed in 45 minutes. One hour later they hadn't even taken the car back in replaced, I was told this would take 1 1/2 hours. The oil change was completed in 45 minutes. One hour later they hadn't even taken the car back in to start the antenna repair. Their excuse was they got backed up in service, my car was here at 11:00 a.m. Long before the afternoon rush. I would have appreciated being told up front it would take three hours and I would have made other plans rather than wasting all that time sitting at a dealership. I will definitely rethink using this service department again. More
My experience purchasing my vehicle was great! Jaime was very friendly and did a great job in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for. Two days after I purchased my vehicle the stitching in the drivers very friendly and did a great job in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for. Two days after I purchased my vehicle the stitching in the drivers side seat had already torn and Jaime did a great job getting me into the service department so I could be taken care of! My only complaint is with the Title department! My temporary tags have 9 days left before they are expired and I went to the DMV to register my vehicle. They stated the paperwork has not been submitted from the title department at the dealership yet. I contacted the Title department on 06/03/2013 and they stated they would have the paperwork in to the DMV first thing on 06/04/2013. I returned to the DMV on 06/04/2013 to register my vehicle at 2 PM and the paperwork still has not been submitted. My biggest complaint is that it shouldnt take this long to get the paperwork in to the DMV and in fact I also co-signed on a vehicle for my girlfriend from Rocky's Auto in Denver about a month after I purchased my vehicle and they already have their paperwork into the DMV!!!!!! So overall my experience with the sales department and Jaime Martinez specifically was great!!! He is a great salesman and really valued the customers needs and was able to take care of them in a very timely manner!!! However, the Title department needs some work in getting their paperwork submitted in a timely manner and following through with their promises to their customers, instead of having them go to the DMV on two seperate occasions and still not having the paperwork to register their vehicle! Everyone knows how much being at the DMV is of an unpleasant experience and instead of it being regularly unpleasant now im forced to wait and have it be even a more unpleasant experience due to the Title department not doing their jobs!
