Because I left with exactly what I had wanted to spend. Brandon knew I was interested in more expensive models, but made it his earnest efforts to give me what I would, in the end, be most able to afford. He had the perfect balance of being professional , yet personal to my needs. I left feeling like this deal was made for me, and not just any person. Thank you ,Brandon Bauer! After Brandon helped me select my vehicle , he sent me over to Greg , who is in the finance department at Mike Shaw Subaru. Greg was very coherent to my needs and perceptive to the entire situation. His confidence in his knowledge , left me with confidence in the financial situation of my purchase. He even went the extra mile to save me several thousands of dollars on interest rate costs. He searched until he and I were both satisfied with the numbers. I cannot tell you how satisfying it was to receive a phone call saying that I had an opportunity to save that much just by merely putting down a little bit more on my down payment. Already having gone through all the papers, he still went forth to help me save that money, at the expense of his own time in redoing the entire process over again! Thank you , Greg! Pam , the receptionist was very patient in answering my SEVERAL phone calls and questions. Never once did I get an impatient vibe from her! First impressions are key! And she may be the first person at the Mike Shaw Subaru company someone will speak with. And I would say she leaves a positive impression! That may have been the reason I come all the way to Thorton , CO. (50 minutes away!) when I had plenty closer dealerships to my location in Aurora. Keep it up ,Pam!
