Recent Purchase of Subaru Impreza I went into the dealership after exchanging several e-mails with Cliff. He was a pleasant surprise and his disposition wasn't your typical car salesm I went into the dealership after exchanging several e-mails with Cliff. He was a pleasant surprise and his disposition wasn't your typical car salesman. He listened to what I wanted and asked what was important to me. I'm not one to jump into quick decisions. I really didn't feel pressure to buy and left and actually talked to him on the phone with more questions. Needless to say I went back in the following weekend and purchased the car I had always wanted. I took my mom in she loved him. She has said that you don't find many people like Cliff and that's a big compliment coming from her. I took the car into Mike Shaw Subaru located on 104th Avenue in Thornton as this was recommended by Medved in Wheatridge where we purchased our 2014 Subaru Forester. I had a great experience from the greeting at the service counter to the end where they fixed my Subaru and even did extra work. The mechanic Tim Sutherland not only fixed the ABS system that was under warranty, but also took time to complete an alignment that was also under warranty. He noticed that there was inner tire wear and proceeded to correct this by completing an alignment since it was still under warranty. He also replaced my windshield wipers that were also under warranty. What a great service!! Now my Subaru is ready to go!! More
