I must say, Antonio, Chad and everyone at Mike Ward Infiniti made it the easiest car purchase I've ever done. Gave me the car for a 30 minute test drive, and when I got back, we agreed on a terrific price and the deal was done. This was of course subject to my mechanic's inspection. I was out of there with my new (used) car in about 30 minutes. The inspection by my mechanic was clean with no issues. Thanks guys! Great experience! More

Best Car Buying Experience EVER! I sent an online inquiry about a car I was interested in at Mike Ward Infiniti and within minutes I received a call from Chad McCaffrey. I met with him the next day, and it was honestly the best car buying experience. The dealership feels like a luxury hotel with a fireplace, lounges, free wifi, and a massage chair. The best part about my experience though was doing business with Chad. He has a genuine personality that is ideal for building relationships with clients and managing them through maturity. He demonstrates professionalism in everything he does. Not once did I feel pressured or like someone was reading a sales book out loud to me. (I did experience this at other dealerships and there is no better way to put a bad taste in someone's mouth.) It is obvious that Chad's skills are well rounded in every area and he is well respected/liked by clients and co-workers alike. He is hard-working and got the job done while showing great dedication and creativity. I highly recommend working with Chad, and I'd also like to salute him for his service to our beautiful country. More

I found the car I wanted through the USAA website This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had - and I've been around for a while. I found the car I wanted through the USAA website, contacted Antonio Aguilar, who immediately responded to my request, and who provided all the information that I needed to make a decision. I was looking at another dealer as well, but Mike Ward Infiniti's website and Antonio's service were head and shoulders above the other dealership. But, it didn't stop there. Antonio introduced me to Pat Corbett who efficiently and professionally handled all of my finance needs. He acquired an amazingly low interest rate for me and helped me pay off my current vehicle. They put me in contact with a transport service that could deliver my car (from Colorado to Tennessee) and I am now in Q60 heaven! What a car!! Professionalism at its best I searched the country for the Rouge that met my needs and found it in CO---- you never really know who you are going to be dealing with when you do t I searched the country for the Rouge that met my needs and found it in CO---- you never really know who you are going to be dealing with when you do that, so you have to be careful. Luckily I got to work with one of the most professional companies I have encountered. They sent me photos and allowed me to negotiate over the phone. When we reached an agreement, I went and picked it up. I always worry as well that not every scratch, stain etc would be disclosed, but Bob Marnick said it looked pretty 'perfect' on the phone and that WAS the case when I showed up. Bob Marnick is your guy! More
