Joshua Taylor worked with me to purchase the car. I was interested in a new Bronco and although the one I wanted was “in transit” we took an extensive test drive where Josh showed me the features of I was interested in a new Bronco and although the one I wanted was “in transit” we took an extensive test drive where Josh showed me the features of a similar vehicle. When the vehicle I was interested in arrived, he took me for a test drive in that vehicle. He worked with me and the financial advisor to complete the sale. Joe Ruedy also assisted me and suggested I could put a deposit on the “in transit” vehicle I was interested in so that when it came in I’d be notified and have first opportunity to purchase it. Once realizing that it couldn't be accomplished quickly, they did everything in their power to do right by my fiancé and me. They found us a different truck that fit our needs and was in fact an upgrade. While they couldn't do a straight swap, they got us the best possible deal, and we are actually way happier than we would have been with the first truck. Sure, there was some headache at first but the team at Mike White blew me away with their commitment to doing right by us and getting us in the best possible situation. They even offered to shop elsewhere to find us a perfect truck if we couldn't find one on their lot that evening. I feel as if we worked with so many people along this process, but each brought terrific value and customer service, and their GM even spoke in person with us. The professionalism we dealt with at our most frustrated state spoke volumes. This dealership values their word and commitment to their customers.
