Disappointed. First I brought the car on 6/12/25 because c/s emissions system lights. I picked up the car the same day and I was charged $1,516.80. Returned the car for appropriate repairs. Mr. Brujan Daiberth informed me that more work is needed. The car was in shop from Friday to Tuesday. I was charged another $2,715.59 on 6/18/25. On my way home I noticed that something was missing. I went back to the dealership, it was past 5PM. The security man told to come back the next day. I went there and informed Mr. Daiberth of the missing part. Fifteen minutes later, he said that they fixed the part with some type of fastener. That not true. They actually glued the part and left a whole mess on the glass and left parotid the car. At that I had enough. I won’t go back. I spent about twenty minutes cleaning, removing glue residue and polishing. This is strike 3 as far I am concerned. I’ve been a loyal customer with Honda for years, you may check your system for reference. I had never seen anything like that. This was my last trip. I will take my business elsewhere. I recently brought my Honda CRV to Millennium Honda because my air conditioner was not working properly. They promptly diagnosed the problem and informed me that a major part was covered under an exte because my air conditioner was not working properly. They promptly diagnosed the problem and informed me that a major part was covered under an extended warranty that I was not even aware of, saving me a great deal of money. The customer service and repair work was excellent. I am so grateful for the amazing support I received from Greg Andrews, the Manager and my advisor Steven Murillo. I highly recommend Millennium Honda. They are honest, reliable and always do an excellent job. More
