I am sorry that you feel this way about our dealership. The email you received must have been sent in error or it could have been tied to a different car. The fact is that if the oil life is at 50% it doesnt need an oil change. It is not even recommended. Perhaps we should have done a better job explaining it. The cars now come equipped with maintenance minder which basically tell you when to change the oil. Usually at 15% or lower
