As soon as I stepped out of the car in the garage bay I was pleasantly greeted by Orlando Hernandez. At 7am he was extremely friendly and pleasant. I was there for an oil change but he recommended additional service but wasn't pushy. I did opt to get the while alignment done. He was honest with my wait time and during my wait he immediately communicated to me additional work recommended by the technician, again without being pushy, but I opted not to. I also want to add the valets were nice and made sure to keep my car clean. In addition, the cashier was pleasant as well. Overall, a pleasant experience. More
