As a result, on my way to work that night, I received a "Low Tire Pressure" warning light on my dashboard. I attempted to get a ride from their Shuttle service, but I received the same response I've gotten in the past: "The shuttle is dropping a few customers off, check back later." Which makes me wonder whether they genuinely offer a Shuttle service. I have patronized the Valley Stream Honda service department, and at their location, when the Shuttle was busy, they provided me with an Uber car service ride. On a previous visit, I received a 10% First Responder discount from Manager Gregory Andrews. However, during this visit, I only received a 5% discount from Steven Murillo. I appreciate the discount, but I was disappointed it wasn't 10%. More

Due to time constraints, we returned the following day and were helped by Joseph, who picked up seamlessly where we left off. What truly stood out to me was the incredible teamwork in that office. Everyone was ready to step in and support one another to ensure we were taken care of. That kind of collaboration is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. When Joseph got tied up, Carlos jumped right in—and I can’t say enough good things about him. Alongside Warrell, the finance manager, they both went above and beyond to make this sale happen. They stayed late after hours, doing everything possible to ensure that we drove away with our brand new 2026 Honda CR-V S Touring that same day. I’m so happy and grateful for the entire experience.
