Went for a recall to change the battery cables, asked for OIL change since I was there and was running low. Waited 5h to be told that all my tires need to be changed (didn't ask for any tire inspection) and OIL change since I was there and was running low. Waited 5h to be told that all my tires need to be changed (didn't ask for any tire inspection) and when reaching home got a light on my dashboard showing up that I need maintenance because my oil level is low. I think they forgot to change my oil, instead they were inspecting my tires, not sure I can trust that the recall cables were really changed. I live an hour away and getting there is not easy, but try to always go there and trust them with my car. When I said I have an extra insurance for tires that I bought when purchasing the car, Steven said he'll submit the claim and let me know if it's covered, It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard from anyone about that decision. Very disappointed after last service. More

The service was excellent from start to finish didn't spend too much time going over pricing or finding a car that fit my wants and needs perfectly and the price was exceedingly competitive went to a dif spend too much time going over pricing or finding a car that fit my wants and needs perfectly and the price was exceedingly competitive went to a different dealership and their price for the same model was 100$ more than what i ended up getting with Millenium would definitely recommend to all my family and friends and the manager Ravel, and the salesman Santiago were really pleasant to work with and helped me find the best deal.
