I’ve booked Honda Pilot - Touring & paid $500 deposit couple of weeks back. I am waiting to get a confirmation from the dealer for title clearance. Since last 2 weeks I’m being told that the title cleara couple of weeks back. I am waiting to get a confirmation from the dealer for title clearance. Since last 2 weeks I’m being told that the title clearance will be arriving soon, however it has not arrived till date & I’m not able to close the deal. It’s very unprofessional to give commitments that are not fulfilled. On top of this I am being told that the dealer has received deposit from two other customers as well for the same car. Shocked to hear how can a single car be under sale process with 3 different customers?? If this is the process before sales, wonder about after sales service.. More
