The "extras" offered under the warranty were already covered by my insurance, the final price I paid was a few hundred more than what I wanted to pay per month. These guys are quick to take your money but leave you high and dry when you have any monetary discrepancies. I contacted Raymond and not a word back, but my buddy who wanted to conduct business with him got his undivided attention. Very unprofessional and he calls himself a manager, but only does his job when there's money for him involved. The greed and deception at this place is appalling. More
