Surprisingly the experience was very good at Millenium Honda. Everyone including Ritik Khanna (Sales), Chris Louis (FInance) and Matt (Sales Manager). Matt is an expert sales manager and it is difficult to get him down on price. Still the dealership has best prices on pre owned cars than competitors. One problem I faced as a New Jersey resident, the dealership charges sales tax and I was transferring my earlier car plates so was doing title/registration myself at NJ DMV. NJ DMV did not accept the sales tax deducted by NY dealership and will not register the car until I pay the sales tax to them. So I had to take sales tax refund from Millenium and pay sales tax at NJ DMV. More

Terrible customer service and ripped us off twice. Verbally agreed on a lot of information regarding my trade in lease, and completely denied everything when I went into the dealership. She was so patient with us bringing us outside multiple times to see the different colors & interior options that were available. She also brought in Marty Sklar to help us make our final decision. Marty was also very patient and informative in explaining all our options. We left there with a brand new CR-V!! I had called the dealership beforehand to see if they had the car I was looking Moose was very helpful in my purchase of my preowned Honda Accord EX. I had called the dealership beforehand to see if they had the car I was looking for in their preowned lot, and they said I could stop by that same day to take a look at it. Moose showed me the car even though it had only been brought in by the previous owner that same weekend and went over all of the features with me. It had some scratches on it that Moose made sure were painted, so the car completely looks like I bought it new. You would never know! The day I came back to purchase the car, Moose and Chris were extremly respectful of my time as I had to work later that afternoon. Moose sat and helped me adjust all of the settings in the car and even explained Apple Car Play to me because I’ve never used it before. Chris was very patient with me and didn’t mind explaining the financial options to me in a way I could understand. I’m very grateful and appreciative of the work and time they spent with me to help me purchase my car. Thanks guys! More
