I had called the dealership beforehand to see if they had the car I was looking for in their preowned lot, and they said I could stop by that same day to take a look at it. Moose showed me the car even though it had only been brought in by the previous owner that same weekend and went over all of the features with me. It had some scratches on it that Moose made sure were painted, so the car completely looks like I bought it new. You would never know! The day I came back to purchase the car, Moose and Chris were extremly respectful of my time as I had to work later that afternoon. Moose sat and helped me adjust all of the settings in the car and even explained Apple Car Play to me because I’ve never used it before. Chris was very patient with me and didn’t mind explaining the financial options to me in a way I could understand. I’m very grateful and appreciative of the work and time they spent with me to help me purchase my car. Thanks guys! More
