I went there for a 9am appointment I made for a recall. I got there at 855am and waited in line until i was the next car. A gentleman came took the cars info handed me a paper and said talk to the person i I got there at 855am and waited in line until i was the next car. A gentleman came took the cars info handed me a paper and said talk to the person inside. They never checked to see if i had an appointment or asked me anything. I waited and spoke to a person at a row of desks who then asked me my name and why i was there, i said i was there for a recall. I was told I would receive a call around 3pm telling me when i could pick up my car. At 4pm I called there myself and after trying for 20 minutes i finally got ahold of someone to speak to that didn't immediately transfer me. I asked when my car would be ready and was told that they couldn't get to it that day. I made an appoint for 9am and at 4pm i had to call multiple times and wait just to have someone tell me they couldn't get my car done. The lack of communication was appalling. The disregard for costumers is insane, they don't care about anyone and know most people aren't going to go anywhere else so they don't need to care about people to make money and it shows by how they act. More
