outstanding customer service I had a 7:00 am appointment for an air bag recall. I atrrived at 6:00 am , and Paul Mosca was already outside the service facility. Though obviously n I had a 7:00 am appointment for an air bag recall. I atrrived at 6:00 am , and Paul Mosca was already outside the service facility. Though obviously not on duty, Paul could not have been nicer or more helpful. That experience continued at 7:00 am and through to the time I received my vehicle back. Paul and his colleagues went out of their way to assist all customers, whether in person or on the phone. This service center is BUSY; it has the appearance of a hospital emergency room. Yet, Paul and his colleagues had time for everybody, answering questions and trying to acheive the results the respective customers wanted. In my life, I've been inrepair shops big and small. This center was huge and imposing, but the place was clean, the amenities for waiting customers was top draw, and the employees, especially Paul, were a cut above. Great early Monday start to the week!!!!! More

service advisor helpful but sales not so much Paul Mosca was very helpful ...I bought a pre owned 2012 Honda Odyssey and had trouble with my keys the black part that has the alarm on it was loose Paul Mosca was very helpful ...I bought a pre owned 2012 Honda Odyssey and had trouble with my keys the black part that has the alarm on it was loose and going to brake off .called multiple times and no call back . Finally at my last service appt I needed a brand new key because both broke off ..I basically told there's nothing they could do beside taking $50 off ...my opinion I spent $$ on a car from them the least they could do is give me a new key .
