Tony the assisant manager, with much patience, discribed all our finance options ( i needed a high milage lease)and how each could fit our budgets. Marlon the business manager was the icing on the cake. He found us a low interest loan option that placed our monthy payments just where we needed them to be. With all the little perks like free car washes for as long as i own the car and extra warrantys, this dealership truely exemplifies the phase " under promise and over deliver. More

I said no but I’d like to have it by 2 p.m., I was going to walk home. I came back at 2:45p.m. and was told they had not looked at my vehicle yet, they give priority to the people who are waiting. As I needed the vehicle I could not leave it there any longer that day. Enter Steve – He looked over my service sheet and told me that since I had an appointment they should have looked at my car and that they don’t push you aside if you are not waiting. He scheduled me for 7 a.m. two days later (my choice) and I said I’d like it back by 10 a.m. He not only took care of the original issue he corrected an item I was not satisfied with since I purchased the car 11 months earlier. He called me at 9:45 a.m. and said the car was ready. Steve is an asset to the service department! More

Issue between Honda and Hertz: we suffered My husband brought our car on Oct 14, 2014 for service; he was assisted by Steve Brigham who was very helpful as per my husband. Since the car needs t My husband brought our car on Oct 14, 2014 for service; he was assisted by Steve Brigham who was very helpful as per my husband. Since the car needs to be left there while being serviced, he was offered a car rental (Hertz); the next day we got our car and so returned the Hertz car rental to Steve. Few weeks later we realized that we were charged of 9 days for the car rental instead of one day only. My husband was able to call and speak with Steve and he helped us by contacting Hertz (Harold) who accdg to Steve will handle this matter and just advised us to follow-up with him (Harold). We called Hertz after few days to follow-up, but accdg to Harold, the Asst Manager of Hertz the car was returned to them by Honda Millennium after 9 days so the reason of the charges. I hope the management would help us to refund the money for the car rental of eight days. I don't know what's going on between Honda and Hertz, my only concern is for us to be charged fairly and for these things not to happen again with other customers. Honda Millennium and Hertz, please do something. Thank you. More
