customer service sucks as their deals I bought a honda pilot ,they sold me so many useless service plans, when i realised their uselessness and wanted to cancel they are making me to wait I bought a honda pilot ,they sold me so many useless service plans, when i realised their uselessness and wanted to cancel they are making me to wait for so many days may be weeks to cancel those useless service contracts. they never pick up the phone and never give you return call. The price of the car is different on different papers. show lower price on DMV papers with some unknown intention. They could not fix the small thing with bumper of my car so i don,t wanna go again for the service of my car. More

Great Service My service adviser is Nick Multari, he was always there for me while I was having AC trouble with my CR-V. He was very patient, and polite. Very friendly, fun to talk to, and my dealings with her made the car buying process a little better. Think I may have been able to do a little better on the price, but based on the fact that Millennium was the only dealer who even came close to what I ultimately wanted to pay, I can't really say anything negative about the process. I was trading in a non Honda lease that was only 17 months in, so I wasn't in the best position to bargain, but I was still able to walk away with what I wanted without breaking the bank. The finance department was also great to work with, possibly the best experience at a dealer I have ever had in that regard. Agreed to the price on a Tuesday night, came back at 10:30 Wednesday morning, and drove away at about 11:40, so not bad at all. and no funny stuff in the finance office with hidden fees, or jacking the price last minute due to some fabricated snag in the negotiating process...I was thankful for that. Overall, I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Honda, and definitely would recommend working with Moveita. More
