I drove 1 hour to this dealer, Add says they will get you a car. I waited 6 hours while the tried to get me approved. Finally they said it was approved and I still left with no car. Said credit place you a car. I waited 6 hours while the tried to get me approved. Finally they said it was approved and I still left with no car. Said credit place closed had to come back on Monday. Quoted price and when he call called back on Monday It went up $20.00. Went to a dealer close to my home and they were able to call the loan place he got me approved at for the lower price. Asked them to return my check for the deposit(they didnt cash it) and my paystub and I am still waiting. They are shaddy and I wouldnt trust them. While waiting all day to get approved I heard another person arguing over getting their depost returned. DONT Shop here. Take your business elsewhere they are crooks. Oh almost forgot after I finished with the salesman and he sent me to finance They didnt even have the correct type of car I wanted. More

Our salesman made us feel very comfortable...never pushy,,,,took his time showing us the car and took us out where we both could test drive the car. Before driving off in my new accord...they had a member from their team setup my Bluetooth and patiently went over how to operate all new devices and features that came with my car....very pleased!
