Great Service! I took my Honda Odyssey in to be checked for a recall. Frank Trotta was my service advisor. He was very friendly and professional. From past experience with another dealership I didn't really trust car dealerships, but Frank was extremely helpful and very honest. Both him and his mechanics not only checked to see if my van was affected by the recall but also took care of some other small issues I was having. This is the only honda dealership I have been to that I have not one bad thing to say! I was acknowledged immediately when I walked in and educated on the car I was interested in. The sales manger was extremely nice and helpful and set me up with Karen Benitez who was my salesgirl. She really helped me and pushed and stretched to get me what I wanted for the amount I could afford. The finance manager Rique was also really nice and got stuff done quick and efficiently. I am not big on writing reviews because I am usually lazy but I must say I am so happy that I absolutely had to!! More

And about 30 minutes later Mark informed me of their findings and then clearly explained to me what needed to be done and what it would cost if I was not covered under warranty , Then Mark Proceeded to look deeper in to my extended warranty and learned that I had Honda Care , Which meant the repairs would not cost me anything. I left the service Department very satisfied . Thank You Mark for outstanding service More
