I dropped my CR-V off on 7/24 for a service appointment on 7/25. It was not looked at until at least 7/29. Texts to Steven my service person went unanswered and promises not kept. They finally repaired the recall on the vehicle, which was the fuel pump. I picked up the vehicle on 8/7 - 2 full weeks after my “appointment “. No loaner vehicle was offered. The vehicle stunk of gas. I texted Steven the next day 8/8 to tell him of my concern. He responded that he would talk to management and get back to me. It is now 8/13/24 and Steven never responded !! Unbelievable !! Pathetic customer service. I will be calling Honda HQ to explain my experience at Millennium Honda. More

I have been working with this dealership for about 10 years. My only issue was with this salesman named Derrence. He was arrogant and disrespectful.
