I was able to work out a good deal on a certified pre-owned Kona Sel car at Millennium, and there were just two issues I had that they promised to remedy at no charge to me. I didn't even receive service. Appointment was on a Friday. Requested that my suspension and alignment be checked. The associate mentioned something about me having warranty for parts. Okay, so I thought they would be able to get the job done. Nope. As a driver and owner of the vehicle, I know when something is wrong. The associate called me back 3 times to tell me their tech didn't find any issues. So I asked them to check my tire pressure because all 4 tires were different numbers, and they did. Picked up the car that same day, pressure was 35 psi all around, great! It didn't long for me to reach my house, and the tires pressure was off again. The car felt exactly the same. Left side is one number and the right side another. So that tells me something is off. I don't know if they're trying to pull a fast one on the customers. They must think we're all a bunch of idiots. I will never bring my car back here again. They smile in your face, ask you a bunch of questions about the problems you're experiencing, and they do nothing. God forbid I drove on the expressway and got into an incident because the car is in bad shape. Lawsuit! More
