Scott Kerfeld has sold my family 4 cars now. He has been very patient with me, considering I am very specific with my needs. He figured out a way to get us a brand new car, when we had been shopping for a very patient with me, considering I am very specific with my needs. Kelly helped us in knowing the info about leasing/buying, and made us aware of deals we could get. Scott B was really quick with the finance portion which can sometimes be a long process. However, after stopping at M Dear Miller Auto Center, I enjoy shopping for cars, mostly on the internet, because of the hassle free environment. However, after stopping at Miller Auto Plaza, and looking at a Verano outside, Tim Arnold walked up, introduced himself and asked if he could help. We took the Verano for a drive. After he assesed my needs (long trips) he said that I might want to look at a Buick Lacrosse. We gave that a test drive also, and was pleasantly surprised at how good the pick up was in the hybrid 4 cylinder. I was not only impressed with the car, but Tim gave a very enjoyable overview of the amazing technology that comes with it. Over all, my experience with Tim was one of the best I have every had with a salesman, and I have purchased many new cars. His interest in me, as a customer, was much appreciated. It was like he was looking out for me, as he would himself, if he were buying. His knowledge in the new highly tech market, was of the highest caliber. You, at Miller, are fortunate to have someone like Tim, who can make a customer feel so comfortable, and after conversing with them, find a fit that is believeable and workable. When Tim had sold me, we visited with Troy, who again was up front and honest with his appraisal of my turn in vehicle. Mike did the first run up of costs, on the lease, and it was professionally done. I believe Scott Bratten was the one that did the paper work...again professionally done. Mark showed me the garage and how to take care of the car there, when it's time. And lastly, seeing and visiting with Tom Miller again, solidified the entire feeling I was having about Miller Plaza. Integrity is something many businesses try to achieve, but it was definitely a part of the entire transaction for me as well as my wife. When I brought Judy in to pick up the car, and sign a few documents, they were gracious and outwardly helpful in making her feel a part of the whole experience. I have bought cars from Miller in the past, but this was the finest experience I have ever had, including all the other dealerships I have ever been involved with, and will willingly tell others about it. Lastly, we appreciated Tim's low keyed approach to answering the myriad of questions we brought up, and his genuinness in answering them. Overall, I couldn't have been more satisfied. Oh yes, it's the finest car we have ever owned and will be fun talking to others about the new hybrid. Thank you all for making our car buying experience the best that it could be. Joel Ampe More

We started out looking at used vehicles. Tom Hoflock approached us. With a smile, he introducted himself to us and asked our names. He listened to our concerns and walked us through the dealership insid approached us. With a smile, he introducted himself to us and asked our names. He listened to our concerns and walked us through the dealership inside and out. When we did not find anything outside, he mentioned a 2010 Nissan Rogue he had inside. We looked the car over and noticed it had low miles. Another concern, was easy access to the vehicle which the Rogue fit the bill. He offered to let us test drive and we accepted his offer. Pat drove it out and after about 10 minutes Mary took over. We both found it easy to handle and enjoyed driving it. Our next course of action was to get an estimate on our 2006 Pontiac G6. We found the offer for the trade to be a good one and decided to purchase the Rogue. Paperwork followed and this was also a good experience. Our experience was fantastic and easy. From our initial internet inquiry to our test drives to the final paperwork, I couldn't have asked for an easier process from a dealership. We don't purchase a lot of cars anymore so I was concerned the entire transaction would take a long time once we decided to move forward but even their initial offer on our trade in was within 500 of what we were hoping for. Michael and I began our experience with Miller Auto Plaza with a referral from my son-in-law, Shawn Carlson, who was a previous employer of Miller. Shawn recommended speaking with Randy Barthel about purcha with a referral from my son-in-law, Shawn Carlson, who was a previous employer of Miller. Shawn recommended speaking with Randy Barthel about purchasing a used vehicle and he was right, Randy was an exemplary representative and made Michael and I feel welcome, appreciated and respected. We really enjoyed Randy's demeanor--he was not aggressive with his sales tactics but extremely friendly and cooperative. Randy made the appropriate vehicle recommendations based on our needs and allowed us time to discuss options and financing. We purchased a very nice 2007 Chevy Uplander and will definitely utilize Miller for all maintenance on this vehicle as well as any future purchases. Dan Omdahl in the finance department was professional, courteous and unpretentious. Other dealerships I have dealt with made the finance process long and arduous, but Dan's expediency and efficiency allowed Michael and I to acutally enjoy the process including the great deal we obtained through Miller Auto Plaza. On Memorial day, we had a great time shopping for a cross-over at Miller. Right away, we were offered ice cream, popcorn, soda pop and coffee! We reviewed exactly what we were looking for with Domini cross-over at Miller. Right away, we were offered ice cream, popcorn, soda pop and coffee! We reviewed exactly what we were looking for with Dominic Nelson, Sales Consultant. He was then able to show us the vehicles that matched our expectations. This saved time, as we knew what we wanted. We test drove the 2009 Buick Enclave with Dominic and decided it was the one for us. Dominic was very professional and fun to work with. He even brought our 2 boys balloons! We were able to trade in our vehicle and find the payment plan that worked for us. The customer service was far above our expectations. We have enjoyed our new vehicle and tell others about our experience at Miller. Those are the reasons why I answered the survey positively. More
