We really enjoyed Randy's demeanor--he was not aggressive with his sales tactics but extremely friendly and cooperative. Randy made the appropriate vehicle recommendations based on our needs and allowed us time to discuss options and financing. We purchased a very nice 2007 Chevy Uplander and will definitely utilize Miller for all maintenance on this vehicle as well as any future purchases. Dan Omdahl in the finance department was professional, courteous and unpretentious. Other dealerships I have dealt with made the finance process long and arduous, but Dan's expediency and efficiency allowed Michael and I to acutally enjoy the process including the great deal we obtained through Miller Auto Plaza. On Memorial day, we had a great time shopping for a cross-over at Miller. Right away, we were offered ice cream, popcorn, soda pop and coffee! We test drove the 2009 Buick Enclave with Dominic and decided it was the one for us. Dominic was very professional and fun to work with. He even brought our 2 boys balloons! We were able to trade in our vehicle and find the payment plan that worked for us. The customer service was far above our expectations.
