The first time I visited the lot I was outside for a very long time and was not met by any of the sales members. I went to a different lot and didn't see anything that I wanted. I returned to the lot to test drive the vehicle I seen earlier that I liked the most. I had to go inside to find a member of the sales team. I met Dane as soon as I walked in. He was very helpful and let me test drive the vehicle right away. He was very informative. I decided right away I was going to purchase this vehicle. I then met with Win (SP?) in the accessories department. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I then met with the finance person who got me the payment I wanted. It was overall a very good experience. We were able to locate a late model Honda CRV online at Miller. Responding to our email, Scott Braaten phoned us immediately and patiently answered many of Janet's questions. We had alerted Scott of our intention, including calling him from a St. Cloud restaurant at lunchtime. He had arranged to have the Honda inside the plaza, and we were very soon on the road for a test drive. It did not take long before we said, "yes." The paperwork was challenging; evenso we were on the road home to Moorhead by 5 PM. One negative comment has to do with supplemental insurance with Zurich. In our initial conversation mention was made of blanket coverage, but the cost was not introduced until the final papers were being drawn up. Our State Farm agent feels the cost outweighs the possible benefits, given our careful driving. Should we need to a car in the future, we most certainly would visit your Web site. More
