We recently purchased a vehicle from Miller. In the past we have dreaded making a car purchase because of the pressure they put on you. That is NOT the case at Miller. We found the whole process from beginning to end a pleasure. Our sales person, Scott Kerfeld, was very knowledgeable about vehichles and a very personable person to work with. We didn't feel pressured at all. One of the things I liked about the dealership was that they had a cafe type of area where you could sit and have a pop, coffee or even ice cream while you talked numbers with your salesperson or just time to talk over a purchase with your spouse. It is a very comfortable environment. The vehicle we bought had a couple things that Miller was going to fix at a later date. The next business day Scott came to our house and picked up the vehichle and brought it back to Miller for the service it needed and returned it to us that afternoon. He really went way above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate it. Because of our experience with Miller and Scott we will start our search for our next vehichle with them. More

I bought my 2002 Nisson Altima from Miller and still had it until 1 week ago when it was totaled in a car accident. I looked at buying used, buying a Chev Impala, went to a local Nisson dealer, and then th it until 1 week ago when it was totaled in a car accident. I called at 8:30 a.m. and Chris answered the phone; he was friendly and informative; and and gave me a feeling that he would be a good sales person to work with, and he was! Drove up to St. Cloud from New Brighton and bought a car the same night; Kelly, sales manager, was great to work with as well!! More
